As an international Sales Engineer, you are the linchpin between the client and their customers throughout Europe. You’ll turn prospects into customers and ensure these customers are not only satisfied but return for more. From advising on technical solutions to closing deals – you'll handle it all. You will work closely with the Sales Director, becoming his right-hand. He’ll teach and guide you in the market and fieldwork, but ultimately, you’ll take the initiative, traveling independently across Europe to visit clients, focusing on Germany, France, and Italy. Your commercial insights and customer-focused approach are vital to our success. If your ambition grows, there are ample opportunities for advancement, with the goal of you becoming the point of contact for the Sales department!
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage existing clients and proactively reach out to potential new customers.
- Prepare quotations and handle order processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to offer tailored technical solutions.
- Identify customer needs and advise on suitable products and solutions.
- Attend trade shows and events across Europe and globally to expand your network and market position.

You’re someone who enjoys building relationships and, through experience and affinity, understands how technical products work and how to sell them. You’re motivated to work in a dynamic environment and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. Customers are energized by your enthusiasm and clear communication.
Additionally, you bring:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, mechanical engineering) or a background in sales.
- Experience in a similar commercial role, preferably in a technical setting (e.g., high-tech, automotive, machinery).
- Native level of English, both spoken and written. German, French, or another European language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within (and occasionally outside) Europe and a valid driving license (B).
